You Are The Best Silk Scarf
You are the best of the best, the creme de la creme. You should win an award. There should be a book about you and a star named after you. Your birthday should be a national holiday because you are so special and I just thought you should know.
Each scarf arrives as the middle pages of its own Little Book of the Scarf, with drawings and suggestions for tying it in different styles. The front cover can be personalised with the recipient's name in gold.
Designed by Wue and handcrafted in Macclesfield, the home of silk. Macclesfield received its Royal Charter from King Edward I in 1261, and its earliest products were silk thread and silk covered buttons made by local home workers. At its peak in 1832 the town had 71 silk mills and was the world's biggest producer of finished silk.
